COZUMEL!!!- Ok this honestly, is one of my top 5 places to visit. If you haven't been there, plan your trip now. We have been there before so we knew what to do. We rented a Jeep and headed towards the beach. We found the same beach as before, and Scott, Jim and I bought the snorkel tour! They took us on the boat to Columbia reef and dropped us off. We floated with the current that entire reef and into Palancar reef. It was 80 feet deep and crystal clear! There are no words to describe that place. We saw Sea turtles, Barracuda, nurse Sharks, and tons of fish. There were tons of jelly fish too. Unfortunately, I was the one they liked. 6 stings and 1 and 1/2 hours later, we were done. We headed back to the beach were my Mom and Shannon were at (my dad went scuba diving there. He said it was awesome) and we ate lunch. There was this little stand of souvenirs and we found out that the lady there was a Mormon. It was really cool talking with her and hearing her testimony. She was so excited to have 'American Mormons' there. She was so cute.
Key West- Well if you've ever been to Key West, you know there just isn't a ton to do there. My parents went para-sailing. That sounded like fun but to much money! So we went on the trolley ride around the island. It was actually fun and we learned a lot about the history of the island. Like President Truman had a 'little White house' built there. But I won't bore you with the rest! We only had 4 hours so we couldn't do a lot, but it was fun! And really cute with all the colonial style homes.
It was our best vacation yet! Always better to share it with best friends! Thanks Scott and Shannon for letting us go with you! Oh and one funny thing that kept happening to the guys! They would go play ping pong or would be standing right next to us, and people would ask them if they ‘were together’!! It is actually became a huge joke because when we were in Cozumel Jim was sitting by me with his hand on my leg, and Scott was sitting by Jim. And a lady asked them if they ‘were together’. It became funny at that point. I started laughing so hard I almost wet my pants. Who asks a question like that anyway? Just wanted to share that with y’all! Since neither of them even looks gay! And Mom and Dad we had fun with you, too. Hope we didn't scare you to much with our little ‘jokes'!
