I am a slacker. I have soooo much to blog about. So I guess I will finish off our trip and then go from there.
So after a very scary ride we made it to South Carolina and the Music's house. They were our neighbor before they moved and left Lexi without a best friend! But Colee and Lexi didn't even seem to notice the year and half they were apart. As soon as we got to their beautiful home, they went into Colee's room, shut the door and played forever!
For 2 type 'A' personalities they get along so well. They really do think a like!
Lexi and Colee played so well together but didn't do so well at night. Oh, they slept all night, once they WENT TO SLEEP. They talked most nights until after 11. Which is late for both of them!
Cute girls playing leapfrog. I didn't get any pics but they also put on a dance performance for us. Which we received a TROPHY for because we SAT so quietly. Nope, neither of us are guilty of bribery. We are totally innocent!
We had a big movie night complete with a movie, popcorn, and lots of M&M's. To bad Lexi ate to much and ended up sleeping on the couch the whole night, throwing up :(
Then it was the SAD time to leave. Colee had caught whatever Lexi had the day before and ended up being sick the whole way to the airport but we got a couple of pics before we left
Christy and I are fairly famous for our self pics ;O)!! We had to get one before I left!
Poor Ty was the only male within mile. He had fun to though!
Thanks to the Music girls and Matt, Dk and boys for making this trip so much fun! We can't wait to come back and live with you.
I need to live next to the ocean because:
I love looking for sea shells, and there is always plenty to do at the beach. Sun tanning is good too!
I need to feel the sand between my toes. I really can't go more than a few months without a beach or I get really antsy.
I love the smell of the ocean breeze. It's so refreshing and makes me feel so energetic.
I need to hear the waves crashing into the beach. Not only that but I really really really love swimming in the ocean.
So what am I currently doing? Looking for house like this....
within the our price range. Not likely to happen. But I can dream. Seriously though, in the next few years we will be moving to a place like this. I can't wait much longer than that.
OK got way off the subject there. Thanks for the fun trip everyone!

cute kids! I miss the ocean alot too
I totally agree on the ocean thing. I want to live by one so bad. It will probably never happen though since someone has to live by the ski slopes.
YEAH FOR COMING to FINALLY visit us! I love that girls just picked up right where they left off!
PS. I just heard from Eric he has a TDY scheduled to there next summer!!!
Looks like you guys had sooo much fun! I love the picture of the sandy little feet--sweet!
And Katey, when you find some affordable houses on the beach give me a call, I want one too!
