I'm a bad wife

Well, Jim wouldn't say so, but maybe if he read this he would feel different!

Actual article in Good Housekeeping 1955! I know you can't read it so well but here's some of the highlights.

- have dinner ready 15 minutes before he gets home
-refresh yourself
-catering for his comforts will provide you with immense personal satisfaction.
- Greet him with a smile and show sincerity in your desire to please him.
-remember HIS topics of conversation are more important than YOURS
-Never complain if he comes home late or goes out to eat dinner or other places of ENTERTAINMENT without you
-Don't complain if he's late for dinner or stays out ALL NIGHT
-Don't question him about his actions or judgements. You have no right to question him.
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST
-A GOOD WIFE ALWAYS KNOWS HER PLACE!!!
right. I've failed.

What, Katey? You don't know your place? I know mine. It's right at the top of the totem pole. (Luckily for me, Matt put me there!) Miss you guys!

My dad read a bunch of this article at my wedding breakfast. How embarrassing... And no, my wife didn't take the hint (for which I'm glad).

Hi Katey

I guess I never realized that you were on a link in Denise's blog! Thanks for saying hi, that is awesome. You guys look great! I have seen that article before and got a great big laugh out of it!! I am FAR from the ideal wife according to that! It will be fun to keep up with you. I am just loving that we finally started a blog.
