We made it...

barely. After a long night with NO sleep. Here's some picture of things we've been doing for the last 4 days. *warning this is a really long post*

As soon as Matt got home from work, we HAD to go Texas Roadhouse with him. I have never been there and it was so good.



Lexi and Gabe feel in love instantly! They were like this the whole time!


And after a whole night of no sleep, Ty conked out very early and slept like a baby all night long.

After lunch we headed to Top sail beach, were I am going to live in a few years. I just have to get rich first ;O). It is so beautiful there.

Collecting sea shells and rocks. I took a ton of pics at the beach and loved the pics but want to photoshop some of them to get the lighting just right. So those will come later.


On Thursday night, we took the kids to Chuck-e-cheese while Matt and DK went out on date for the 1st time in years. I don't know how they survive without dates but they do.





When we got home, Lexi had a complete melt down. She wanted her daddy, and noone could convince her otherwise. So Matt, being the brillant man he is decided to let her paint his toes nails. It worked!



Then on friday we took the kids to the North Carolina Aquarium.





After that we decided the kids had had enough and took it easy that night. I will post a little later about the scary experience I had driving down to South Carolina last night. It is a post just for it's self. Let's just say I had some guy pull a gun on me and I am still here to talk about it. So until then....
